CLUB OPERATION
Weir Quay Sailing Club operates under a constitution that can only be changed by consensus and approval of Club members at an AGM or similar meeting. The application of the constitution is through a means of policies and practices that are laid out in the Operational Responsibilities and Policies Document that is reviewed, updated and issued by the duly elected Committee. As there is information pertinent to the use of Club facilities, the contents of these two documents is important and relevant to all Club members.
Programmes are issued in the Spring along with renewal notices and newsletters are issued at least twice a year.
